*Timing*
Custom Designs typically take four to six weeks, depending on the piece. If you’re thinking about designing around the holidays, we recommend starting in advance so that we can guarantee it will be done in time.
Whether you choose one of our gallery designs, have a picture in mind or piece that you'd like to recreate, our design team will guide you through the design process. Once you’re ready to start, schedule a consultation through our website, fill out a design survey, or just stop on by when you’re available!
During your consultation and discussions with your designer, we will be able to incorporate all the details of your unique style into a 3D rendering of your ring with our CAD computer software.
Once a 3-D design is finalized, a wax model of the piece is be created for review before it is cast in the metal, if requested. Once the wax is approved, the piece will then be cast in the metal of your choosing, the stones will be set and the ring will be polished. Last but not least, the piece is then inspected for quality by our in house jeweler and then it’s ready for your enjoyment!
