• Details you give us directly - your name, email and phone number - when you book a consultation, send an enquiry, create an account, or subscribe to The Warren Letter.
• Anything you choose to share about a piece - a budget range, a stone, an inspiration, the design you're imagining.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically (device, browser type, and general usage) so the site works and stays secure.

• To reply to you, schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up on a consultation.
• To design, quote and craft a custom or bespoke piece you've asked us about.
• To send The Warren Letter - only if you've subscribed - with new pieces and private viewings.
• To run, secure and improve the website.

We use a small number of cookies: essential ones that keep the site working (such as your cart and session), and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time, though some features may not work as well.

We never sell your information. We use a few trusted service providers to run the studio's website and store data securely on our behalf - for example, our hosting and our booking system.
