This website is for your personal use in learning about Warren Jewellers, exploring our work, and getting in touch. Please don't misuse it, copy it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Booking a consultation sends us a request - it isn't confirmed until we reply to arrange the time. There's never a charge to start a conversation, in person at Warren Jewellers in Lancaster or by video.

Every custom piece is made to order. The design, materials, price, timeline and any deposit are agreed with you before we begin work at Warren Jewellers. Because bespoke work is made specifically for you, made-to-order pieces generally can't be returned once production has started - we'll always make this clear when we confirm your commission.

We work hard to keep descriptions accurate, but photography is representative - natural gemstones, hand-finishing and metals vary piece to piece, which is part of their character. Prices and availability can change, and any quote we give you stands as agreed in writing.

The content on this site - our designs, photographs, text, logo and the Warren Jewellers name - belongs to Warren Jewellers. Please don't reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

We may link to other websites for your convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Warren Jewellers isn't liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
